I'm a self-taught private chef based on the Westside of Los Angeles, and I design fully custom multi-course dinners for homes and vacation rentals. Barbecue is where I started and what I’ve cooked the longest, so smoke and char stay at the center of everything I make.

On that foundation, I build California-led, produce-forward menus layered with flavors inspired by my travels through Thailand, Indonesia, Spain, South Korea, and North Africa. I handle everything from menu design to a spotless kitchen, with restaurant-level plating, thoughtful dietary accommodations, and a table your guests remember.
